Another busy week comes to an end and Year 3 have impressed again.

The children have taken on some challenging Maths work on fractions, as well as exploring the use of adverbs and adverbials in their written work. They have also been looking at speech, and how to use it effectively. 

In Science, we have explored magnets and the different varieties. We conducted an experiment to see which magnet was the strongest.

In PE, the children have worked on their fitness and athleticism as well as improving their jumping skills.

Finally, during RE lessons the children have started a new topic on Energy. We have been looking at inspirational leaders and people from history who used their own energy for good and in a positive way.

Well done Year 3 on another fantastic week of hard work.
