If we live by truth and in love, we shall grow in Christ

Welcome to the Nursery Class Blog

Welcome to the 'Nursery Blog'. Every two weeks I will update 'the Blog' to let you know what activities your children have been taking part in at Nursery and will give you some information about the things they have been learning.

I am delighted with how well and how quickly the children have settled in.  The children are learning the Nursery routines and expectations and have started to learn the Nursery prayers.

The focus has been on playing games with the children, helping them to start to learn their new friends’ names and introducing them to the different toys and resources in the Nursery classroom.

Our overarching Dimensions theme this half term is 'Happy to be me'. The children have joined in with  singing some nursery rhymes, enjoyed story time and have quickly learned our ‘Hello’ song. Perhaps they could sing a Nursery song to you?

The sunny weather has allowed the children to really make the most of our wonderful garden.  They have all played well together and are beginning to make new friends.

Have a restful weekend and we look forward to seeing you all again next week!
