Year 3 Friday 15th March 2024

Wow, another busy week for Year 3 comes to an end.

This week, Year 3 have taken on many challenges across their learning. Especially seeing as it has been assessment week. All children have approached their work with maturity and with focus. 

This week, the whole school celebrated all things to do with 'Time' for our Science day. We had a few different workshops set out for the children, as well as a parent visitor who spoke about computer programming and project management, where a lot of time management is required. Also many classes conducted their own experiments this week, looking at changes over time.

Also this week, we have continued to look at special gatherings in the church and the importance of these, listening to the words of God and showing respect to one another.

Finally, in History the children have been studying the Stone Age. The class have had to think about how to survive in the wilderness with little resources and how to prioritise the most important jobs for survival.
